Vista considered their decision to invest in this property very carefully.  The property has been owned by a very respected family in Vlora, the Dajlanis, for many years.  The Dajlanis acquired this large property through the hard work and sacrifice of their parents in the tumultuous period in Albania following the fall of communism.  Essentially, the family had to buy this land back from the government even though their family had owned much of it before the fall of communism in Albania. Today the property is owned completely by the Vista consortium, with no other claims or liens against it.

If interested in partnering with Vista in developing this marina and resort, consider joining at one or more of the following stages:

• Investors could join Vista as an equity partner at this initial entitlement process.
• Financial institutions can apply to be a debt partner to support Vista through the infrastructure phase of he project.
• Developers can pre-order a parcel for developing your own product on a sub-section of Porto Vista. Pricing based on either land size, or amount of build able space.
• Individuals can pre-order a unit off-plan in one of the communities Vista will build
• Operators can stake a claim via a lease-commitment or partnership for one of the unique elements of the project - such as aquarium, golf, sailing school, theaters, or water park.
• Hotel chains can commit to taking one of the hotel pads for their brand.
