Despite our professional reputation as the highest caliber player in the Albanian market, we at Vista knew that we needed to add to our international team to realize a project of this scope and to achieve all of its potential.  We found these powerful assets in HCP Architecture & Urban Planning, a giant Spanish architectural firm specialized in the Mediterranean marine market, along with the American stars of the waterfront development world, Moffatt & Nichol.

They are joined by a team of foreign trained consultants from the Albanian market ranging from environmental scientists, to award winning architects, to reputable construction engineers. The results are already showing, as the quality of even preliminary studies and master plans have garnished a high degree of praise and enthusiasm for the project
