A Project Plan from H.C.P. Architecture, Moffat & Nichol,
and Vista

HCP Architecture and Urban Planning is a well respected architectural firm based in Malaga, Spain.  They have a vast experience in designing seaside resort and marina properties.  They have produced an impressive set of multimedia materials to convey their concept for developing the Porto Vista property.  You can view the Photo Gallery of their design as well as take a Virtual Tour through their concept.

The HCP plan divides the property into three basic zones.  The southern zone would be a 9 hole executive golf course and recreation area.  The northern zone would be a state of the art aquarium and activity center.  The central zone would contain the marina, luxury class hotel and residences.

HCP has emphasized the use of green space and low occupancy percentage to create a beautiful and inviting environment for the visitors of the resort.  They have also proposed a first class shopping area to cater to all the needs of our guests and residents.

The most dramatic part of the design in the oval marina basin.  The marina will provide excellent docking facilities for visiting yachts and pleasure boats.  The oval shaped land surrounding the marina would contain luxury residences in the form of houses or condominiums.

As we have continued to develop the HCP project plan, we have worked together with Moffat and Nichol, a top marine engineering firm to work on a the specific engineering plans for the complex.  This work is extremely important as they focus on the practical aspects of realizing the beautiful designs of HCP and the overall vision of Vista.  We have included a sample of their work here in the Dock and Canal Layout.
